Erste-Hilfe-Kurs zur Nachrichtenkompetenz

12 lessons for 16 to 20‑year‑olds, made with evulpo

Bring knowledge to where young people learn.

Young people working on tablets, focused

Win talent for your industry

Show young people which topics, career fields and skills shape your industry before they choose an apprenticeship or a degree.

A team discussing a project around a table

Take your responsibility, with impact

Everyday knowledge such as financial literacy, health, sustainability or digital safety, as a lasting learning offer whose use is measured transparently.

Three services. One complete learning offer.

Expertise becomes a learning offer. The learning offer gets used. Use turns into insight.

How can you tell whether a news report is reliable?

By the sender and the date. And whether other media report on it too.

Very good. Both are important clues. Also check who is behind the source.

UseTheNews

Making sense of the news.

Young adults need to put news in context and find their way in a world full of disinformation. For UseTheNews, evulpo turned this into the «Erste-Hilfe-Kurs zur Nachrichtenkompetenz», a first-aid course in news literacy for 16 to 20‑year‑olds: twelve digital self-study lessons with short videos, clear texts and interactive exercises with automatic feedback.

«We want to help young people and young adults put news in context critically. For that we needed a partner who prepares complex content clearly and for independent learning. That is exactly what evulpo delivered for our ‹Erste-Hilfe-Kurs zur Nachrichtenkompetenz›: twelve digital lessons with videos, theory and exercises in which young people can apply their knowledge directly.»
